Our 4-week outdoor fitness boot camp program includes 16 workouts focusing on variety, accountability, nutrition and results. Additionally, Mari Garner, founder and national expert on outdoor fitness, has over 50 documented workouts specially designed with modifications for varying fitness levels.
To ensure that every participant sees results, attendance is taken daily to reinforce the accountability of each client and absences must be excused by the lead instructors. Our program also requires clients follow a nutrition plan during the 4 weeks and record their meals in a log.
Finally, keeping in mind that our customer is a busy professional that often struggles to find time for fitness, we have developed several maintenance programs with flexibility in mind that we will provide to help you retain customers longer.
