How long will it take to get up and running?
There are many factors that influence the amount of time to get your business started. Once the License Agreement is signed it can take a week to a month to complete the setup of your business. If you have an existing business, factors including the time of year, your level of motivation, your familiarity with your territory and the competition level in the area will impact your time to get started. Your level of experience and ability to recruit instructors will influence the degree to which your business will grow. We suggest you give yourself a minimum of 8 weeks after signing the licensing agreement to negotiate your location permits, decide on start dates, evaluate your location for workouts, place local ads and launch a marketing campaign. You may also need to purchase insurance, equipment to begin operations, hire an accountant and set up a merchant account to begin to collect payments. The American Boot Camp Company® will help you get started and we also provide a step by step guide and links to resources in your area that can help.
