Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp Instructor Certification Course Description

After years of training our own instructors and working with clients in an athletic outdoor setting, The American Boot Camp Company founder, Mari Garner, developed the ultimate training program for outdoor fitness instructors. In 2008 The American Boot Camp Company joined forces with ACE and AFAA to offer this course for continuing education credits at the SCW Fitness MANIA conventions across American.

The training course serves as an important first step in starting a boot camp and addresses what it takes to motivate and instruct a group of individuals in an outdoor setting while providing a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels in the group. Whether you currently run a boot camp or are a personal training wanting to add group fitness in an outdoor setting to your program offering, this certification is for you. Each session lasts approximately 4 hours. Specific topics include:
